The Web Application,
screen by screen.
The same member experience as the Android app, from a browser at arogyakosha.in — same account, same vault, same Vault PIN. Screenshots below are from a local demo account.
Signing in
The web portal at arogyakosha.in is the same account and the same vault as the app — just from a browser. Sign in, then enter your Vault PIN to decrypt records for this session.
Use Continue with Google for a one-click session, or enter the email/phone and password used at signup. New here? Create Account starts the same 7-day free trial as the app.
Unlock the vault
Signing in authenticates who you are; the Vault PIN separately decrypts your records, in the browser, before anything is shown. If a member forgets it, Forgot PIN? starts the recovery-key flow.
A Log out link sits right on this screen too — use it to switch to a different ArogyaKosha account without needing to know this one's PIN.
Home dashboard
Once unlocked, the dashboard mirrors the app: the active member's summary counts, a Documents card broken down by type, allergies on record, and upcoming medications — all in one scroll.
- The Documents card's subtitle names how many of each type are saved (e.g. "3 saved — 1 Prescription, 1 Lab Report, 1 Insurance"), and a banner appears right below it when an insurance document's cover period is ending or has expired.
- Prescriptions and Lab Reports don't have Quick Access cards here — both are one tap away in the bottom navigation.
- Current Medications lists what's being taken now; add one with the + beside the heading. Each has edit, mark-complete (✓) and delete actions — marking one complete removes it from this list without deleting it. Prescriptions from doctor visits are listed separately under Rx.
- The Reports, Rx and Allergies figures are shortcuts: tap one to open that list (Allergies opens the profile where they're edited).
Document upload
The Documents card is the fastest way to get a prescription, lab report, certificate, or insurance paper into the vault — capture, file, and optionally auto-fill with AI, all on one screen. Tap it (or the Documents tab) to open the list, then + to add one.
Nothing to correct yet — the list starts empty
Every prescription, lab report, certificate, and insurance document you save lands here, most recent first. Search narrows the list by filename; each row's 👁 opens the file, 🗑 deletes it.
Capture, type, member — then AI or manual
Take Photo or Upload File, choose a Document Type (Prescription, Lab Report, Certificate, or Insurance), and who it's For — any family member, without switching who's active first. Tap Agree & Extract to send the file once to Google Gemini, which reads it and pre-fills the fields below for review, or Not now to type them in yourself. If Gemini is unreachable or returns an error, the form just stays manual — nothing about saving depends on it, and reselecting the file offers the AI step again.
Fields change with the document type
Lab Report asks for Lab Name and the report date; Certificate asks for Certificate Type, Certificate Date and an optional Valid-till date; Insurance asks for the Company and the cover start and end dates (the end date drives the expiry reminder on Home); Prescription asks for Hospital, Doctor and visit date. Only PDF, JPG, PNG and WEBP files are accepted — anything else is refused as soon as you pick it. Every field stays optional and editable, whether AI filled it in or not. If the name printed on the document doesn't match the person it's being filed under, you're warned before saving.
Once saved, a document is filed under the member chosen in For — it doesn't require switching the active family member on the whole app first.
Saved and organised by type
Each entry shows its type icon, a type-specific summary line (hospital & doctor, lab & date, insurer & period, or certificate type & dates), and the date it was added. Every medication, diagnosis, and visit created from a document — through AI auto-fill or typed by hand — stays linked back to it. Saving a lab report also adds it to Lab Reports (one entry per test the AI found); saving a prescription the AI read adds its visit, diagnoses and medications.
- A prescription's row gets an extra icon to add a diagnosis directly against that document.
- The pencil edits the document's details (hospital, doctor, dates), and can also change its type, move it (with everything linked to it) to another family member, or replace the file. Detail changes carry into its linked visit.
- Deleting a document deletes everything linked to it too — medications, diagnoses, reports, admissions. The confirmation names what will be removed along with it.
Medical records
Hospital admissions and doctors' diagnoses live here, each entry editable or removable with the pencil and trash icons. Use the + on a section to add that type, or the floating + button, which asks whether you're adding an admission, a diagnosis or a medical condition. Medical conditions record whether they're active or resolved and since when.
Prescriptions
Every prescription — prescribing doctor, dosage, and frequency — is searchable from one list. Add a new one with the floating + button in the bottom-right corner.
Lab reports
Each report shows the lab, date and result. Click a report to see the result with its unit, the reference range, whether it's within range, and a link to open the uploaded report file. Lab reports uploaded under Documents appear here too.
Family vault
Manage who's in the family account, rename the family, see storage used, and add dependents. Invitations you've sent are listed until they're accepted, with their expiry, a link to copy, and a Revoke button.
Timeline
Filter by month, year, or record type (Prescriptions, Lab Reports, Admissions, Diagnoses) to see a member's full health history in order — useful when preparing for a doctor's visit. Records without a date are listed at the end under Undated.
Editing your profile
Update name, phone, date of birth, blood group, and known allergies here. Allergies you tag on this page are what surface as warnings across the rest of the vault.
